"If you trying to insure a camper, pick another broker! I tried to insure a campervan with Richardson. Can only say that I bought the camper van on the 28th of May, today is the 23rd of July and still nothing. I cannot say if their insurance is good or not, if is cheaper or not because in all this time never got an actual quote. Everytime we had to submit a document it took minimum two weeks wait for a reply and if something else is missing or needs clarifying again two weeks wait. They messed up my documents with somebody elses documents and overall are just unresponsive. Cannot get hold of the camper team on the phone and difficult to get reply to emails. We found it impossible to do bussiness with them, so decided to use another broker. Took two weeks total to get the insurance in place from the other broker, while still waiting for a quote from Richardson."
