When I went to cancel they could not tell me what my refund would be sent me on an automated circle and they locked me out of my online account prior to the end of my policy."

"I have been dealing with a claim for accidental damage under my household contents insurance. The claim has been dragged out for almost two months now to replace a TV. It takes over 1 week at times to get a response to emails requesting bits and pieces of information, often which was previously sent. I feel like the process is being intentionally dragged out and I am not happy with the service for something that should be a straightforward claim. Probably won't renew my policy with Allianz."
