"Be careful!!! They have increased the price of my car insurance policy from €124 per month to €572 per month despite that I submitted the no claim bonus certificate that supports my application. I contacted their customer service to clarify the issue, however, I did not receive any response from their side and they deducted the amount from my bank account. From my point of view this is a sign of a lack of professionalism or intention of fraud."

"Absolutely disappointed! Never recommending anyone to purchase a motor insurance policy. Lost one year no claim bonus because of the incompetent policies at Liberty insurance. I was asked to leave my car in the driveway for 5 days before they can decide IF they can transfer an existing policy from my old car to new. Are you joking? First, they asked if I could prove that I own the new car, had to send them the registration certificate. Is that normal? Then asked me to be on hold for the third time. The whole conversation went on for hours with multiple follow up calls and waiting on hold, waiting for someone to just attend the call. Lost half a day easily to just lose more of my money. Apparently, my case had to be sent to the underwriter who has to decide if they can insure my new car, which can take 5 days. The only explanation they had was, from looking at my license they were not sure if I could own a new car? What does that even mean? Whereas other insurance companies are ready to insure right away. No need to prove I own the car. Why would I even pay for someone else’s car! Liberty, come on! Since I have put my old car for sale and my new car would be sitting in driveway without insurance. Having only another month for the current policy to expire, if I cancel the policy, I lose one year no claim bonus. If I let it be, I cannot use the existing multiple years no claim bonus on my new car’s insurance policy! Rather than not able to drive, I was forced to let go of the one year no claim bonus and cancel me policy just before a month! I am sure they know I will lose a lot of money over the coming years if I choose to let go of the no claims bonus and force me to pay them more now by readjusting the premium. I rather pay more to another company than be in business with them. I can only imagine the poor guys who would have to go through a claim! Endless running around circles and go nowhere! Utterly unprofessional, money-leeching company. Never ever again!"

"Would not use again. Renewal came & they jumped up the premium from approx. 670 to 1100. When I threatened to terminate the policy they discounted the total by a hefty amount. Cheeky tactics. I still found much better quotes elsewhere."

"I have requested updated documents for my no claims bonus twice with no response. I have requested a call back with no response, and I attempted to use their chat service (within declared hours of service) with no response. I expect these BASIC communication channels to be available - or at the very least, 1 of them to function."
