"I have never seen a company charging money to email the documents of my own policy. They said that they have already emailed me once and can't email for free again. However, I didn't receive any email from them. I checked everywhere, inbox, spam, bin, etc. Moreover, if it goes to spam, it gets deleted automatically after some days so how can one know? I seriously despise such companies charging their customers this way. I would never go for an insurance policy with AIG in the future even if they give me the best quote. They have a lost a customer forever. Update: Seeing this review, AIG decided to refund the 25 euros they charged for the NCB cert. So, I am updating the review from one star to three."
