"They are simply looting customers by hiding insurance excess value at the time of policy.. Actually i took online quote (with similar car spec registration number )for my car insurance with excess amount of Euro 250. After that when i got the exact registration number from my car agent then i went to this branch to buy the insurance after updating exact registration number in their system. I specically told them only registration number need to update and they agreed it with same online quite price. But while updating the exact registration number they mistakenly changed insurance excess amount to Euro 500 which is almost double from online quote insurance excess amount. And they have not mentioned about it in the insurance policy document also. After a week i went to their office and requested them to correct my insurance excess amount as per my online quote. But the lady officer (sitting first from right) straight away said they can not change it. Even though its their mistake also she is not even ready to admit it. Insurance quote number is ED88758410"
