"It wasn't possible to give zero stars Never have I ever had such a frustrating and disappointing customer experience. There's no continuity within the company. I would send documents, only to be told 3 days later (soonest response I would get on some days) nothing was ever received, then I send them again and take 2 days to respond in email. One day I called the company 7 times to gain some clarity on my application, got through to one person and they weren't helpful. I had one representative keep putting me on hold without saying anything beforehand putting me on hold. That is so disrespectful in a customer service setting and really irritated me everytime it was done. I had documentation sent at 9.50am (told it was sent to the under writers) on 7th Nov (trying to get insurance since Oct 4th) Just to get an email nearly 6 hours later to say it's been sent to the under writers. And after nearly 6 weeks of trying to get a quote, yes just a quote, they wanted to charge me nearly 900e for a leisure vehicle insurance. Thankfully I got a different quote from a company and had cover within less than 36 hours. The cover is a fraction of what they were trying to charge. I've never experienced customer service like this. What a waste of 5/6 weeks. I will never encourage anyone to use this insurer ever. I'm absolutely disgusted."
