"We stayed here Christmas day 2022. I called ahead to check arrival time only to find that I hadn't in fact made the booking. The lovely lady on reception, Leanne, advised me to book online to get the best rate. Made the booking and within 5 minutes Leanne called me to confirm. She didn't need to do that and I appreciated her thinking to do this. When we arrived the next day it was the same person working. Quick and easy check in and a gift for my daughter since it was Christmas day. A lovely touch! The room was basic but pleasant. I think staff going the extra mile always makes a difference and Leanne certainly did this. We will stay again when we are next in the area."
