Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Northampton

"I have been going to Specsavers for years, and have kept loyal since they found an issue with my left eye about 6 years ago, which needed operating on. However recently I have bombarded with Letters texts and e mails about making an appointment as it is way way overdue. I was not sure when it was due, you forget. So eventually I booked an appointment. I walk into the shop today, and I am quizzed and made to look a bit stupid, as I am not due until June for a eye test. So I said I may as well have one, but the young lady looked at me as though I was like I say stupid, ( yes maybe I am) So eventually I just walked out. I will now be going elsewhere."

"Good test but after received glasses, the focal length was no good for my IT job. Expained and replaced, but only slightly better. I tried to explain the nature of my job and necessity for right focal length to sit around IT monitor with clients and was told that was best they could do and dismissed as a difficult customer... will use professional service in future not one with high street, one size fits all attitude... not good enough"

"Eye test and new glasses. Very thorough eye test and a good selection of frames from budget conscious to designer. Spent best part if an hour there, it was busy and a good deal of waiting between areas. New glasses ordered and to be ready in a week. As high street opticians go this was a pleasant experience, I will use them again."
