"My Initial Telephone enquiry to the Radlett hearing clinic receptionist was very pleasant and helpful as she took time to go through the service available and process to obtain an examination of my ears for wax removal. Good written pre examination information was provided and the need to start olive oil ear drops. On my appointment day I was seen on time by the hearing specialist in clean, bright, professional surroundings. The whole examination process was carried out with good explanation using good visible screen shots of inside my ears and good clear answers to my questions. I felt relaxed and reassured throughout that I was in good professional hands. "This was my first visit to this clinic for earwax removal and I am so glad I made the decision to come here, based on the reviews I read. Their communication prior to my appointment, including info. on parking etc. was detailed and very helpful. They took care to establish my past history of earwax removal and general ear health, with a comprehensive form sent to me to complete and return prior to my appointment. Trishia did the micro-suction, and she made me feel very relaxed and totally confident that I need not be concerned at all about the procedure. She took great care throughout, and clearly explained everything to me. My earwax was bad, and the last bit was impossible to remove safely as it is resting on my eardrum and the olive oil hadn't reached it. Tricia took no risks, more olive oil is needed and I have a return visit booked for two weeks time. If there is time, they also do a free hearing test when the micro-suction is done, which I will be having next time. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. I will never go anywhere else now."
