"So difficult getting your blood test here. I walked in to make one as I couldn't get hold of anyone to make one. A week later I sat in the endless queue of cars to park, with time allowed. Only to be turned away by the miserable and very rude receptionist because I was 1 minute over. absolutely disgusting Formal complaint is now in hand"

"Gentleman at the desk obese, short hair was rude to me when I said my father needs x-ray and he doesn't speak English . He also wanted to speak to him directly and was trying to make him stand up ( the reason for x-ray is knee and hips pain so obviously he's struggling to move) and he replied that he will need to get up soon for x-ray anyway in rude tone . Even though I said he doesn't speak English he was carry on speaking to him instead to me and rolling his eyes. Yet alone he's letting other people before my dad for x-ray even though they arrived later. If you cant be respectful to people in need don't work for NHS !"

"Nice and clean. I visit the podiatrist at the city care centre and have to say the professionalism is outstanding. I have full confidence with them. There is a restaurant on the same floor."

"Visited with a friend who required a chest X-Ray. Gentleman at the desk (obese, short hair) was quite rude to myself after I asked to stay with my friend who was anxious. His response was “SHE’LL BE FINE!!” After the scan, I gentleman had disappeared. I asked his colleague for his name, in which she refused to provide me with. In my opinion, non-professionals should also be educated on patient centred care. As a qualified professional, I would never treat my patients this way in practice and I always go out of my way to help those with anxiety, disabilities or specific needs. It’s upsetting to see a fellow NHS colleague to treat their patients in this way. Professionals or non professional, they should both be educated in patient centred care."

"Walked in this morning for a chest X ray after referral from GP was seen and x-rayed within 10 minutes of arrival. Received positive result from x-ray within 2 hours. Excellent service"
