"The staff were helpful, but unfortunately, with BS information. I was looking for a perfume that Boots had on their website. I went to the Bridgend branch to see if they had the perfume I was looking for instock locally. They advised that they were too small to stock it but assured me Llantrisant would. After a long drive through 23rd December Xmas shopping traffic, I got to Llantrisant only to find they also did not have it! If you are going to send a customer to another branch, please check your information before dispensing it. (No Pun intended)"
