"Picked option online for any style long hair, as this was any choice of style, however when I picked my dog up she has lost all her curls as got very short cut close to her skin. When asked if It can be longer next time, was told this is as long as they go, if I had known this I would of gone else where, this was not what I wanted and was very disappointed. Will not use again"

"We have a 2 year old labrador who doesnt particularly enjoy the groomers, especially his nails being cut. Hes not aggressive just doesnt like it. It's always someone different there and they always seem very young. The last time I used them they suggested we take him to the vet's and get him sedated to get them done. Personally I think that's terrible advice, to keep sedating a healthy dog just because he doesnt like having his nails done! We've since used a different groomer who has had no issues with him what so ever, he still doesnt enjoy it but they successfully cut them without commotion. I wont recommend these groomers nor use them again!"

"Took my dog for a trim up. He came out smelling like Christmas and had a little Christmas neck tie. Very satisfied, thank you Jack and Joelle for taking care of him. All the staff were friendly and happy too"
