Reviews of Premier
"Closing time says 9:30. They close at 7:30-8ish twice now iv been the shop and it's closed way before 9:30"
"Well says closes at half 9 lol that’s a joke. Close when they want, shut at 7 or 6 on weeekends.8 in the week place is a joke and smells like skunk a few times"
"Still after 16+ months and still some staff still don't know how to wear a mask ( if it's not covering the NOSE and MOUTH together at the same time you might as well not bother wearing a mask ) ie putting the mask on and leaving the nose uncovered you are effectively not wearing a mask .even when behind the screens masks should cover NOSE and MOUTH so the owners are not showing the staff how to wear there masks effectively so I blame the owners only use shop for bits and bobs to expensive"
"This shop has been given the privilege by government to open to provide essentials to the community yet do not understand guidelines and law, if only the manager Jean Clarke would take the time to read and understand the government guide lines on mask exemptions. People who are exempt should not be asked to prove their medical conditions as this is private information. To refuse services to people with disabilities is against the law under the equality act 2010 ''Exemption cards If you have an age, health or disability reason for not wearing a face covering: You do not routinely need to show any written evidence of this you do not need to show an exemption card This means that you do not need to seek advice or request a letter from a medical professional about your reason for not wearing a face covering. However, some people may feel more comfortable showing something that says they do not have to wear a face covering. This could be in the form of an exemption card, badge or even a home-made sign. Carrying an exemption card or badge is a personal choice and is not required by law.'' From GOV.UK"
"Refused service for essential Items Electricity and Gas because I declined to wear a CV lanyard or show proof of mask exemption, which I am not obliged to do so according to the latest Government guidelines posted on the Government website. Sadly the two female staff were not only very rude and abrupt but also misinformed about the government guidelines and the law regarding discrimination in relation to Mask or Lanyard exemption, medical or otherwise. A follow up will be forthcoming and possible legal action will be sought should this situation not be rectified."
