"I was traveling from the US when a family member had a medical emergency that brought us to our lady of Lourdes hospital. It was a scary time trying navigate my way around in a foreign country. I needed a cab company that was willing to drive us quite a distance when my family member was released from the hospital. I by chance called Austin’s taxi and Austin himself answered. I explained my situation and he was kind and compassionate and immediate went into research mode. Understanding my phone service was limited he kept in touch with me via text message. Ultimately he only had to drive us to Dublin and he picked us up himself. Was a pleasure to chat with. When my family member left a sweater in the cab, he texted and offered to mail it to us. Top notch, safe, efficient service all the way. Thanks for being available at a tough time!"
