"Driver was late for an early morning taxi run, deciding not to risk it I flagged one in the street. Operator was busy so couldn't cancel. Driver calls is very unprofessional, starts a verbal argument and threats."

"Booked a taxi for the airport for an early morning flight a week in advance. Taxi did not arrive and when we rang to see why not we were told we were being argumentative and hung up on. The worst experience with a taxi service in any country and highly disrespectful. Told to call somewhere else."

"Taxi was ordered to get from St Lukes hospital to city center. Said 30 mins. One hour later, nothing. I call them back. "We're having trouble filling that booking." They could have been honest, said they couldn't do it, and we could have gotten someone else. Ended up walking in the rain and getting on a bus. What if it had been someone older and more sick. Will never use these again. Not good enough."
