"I was recommended to use this solicitors by a close friend, At the start she came across very professional and caring however once you paid your Financial fee of €2000 they basically couldn’t care less, No communication No mails ( OOO ) for over a year, finally She came back to me after I sent a mail inquiring what is going on I was told my case was moved to another solicitor ( not from there firm ) asked for my money back as I was not happy with that situation! I was then ironically sent mail after mail explaining why I couldn’t get my money back Never once getting a phone call to explain or to apologize, This review could go on and I did get a portion of my money back however the document I paid for when I pointed out mistakes all over it, I was told BY MAIL to bring it to my new solicitor you couldn’t make this up, So sad that a firm can go on like this and basically profit off peoples misery’s."
"I took a day off from work to drive from Dundalk for the appointment. I have been seen by a person who had no expertise in the topic and the appointment was a waste of time. I have received no advice or call back, which was promised. I was told that I might still be seen that day by someone competent and was told to stay around. I did stay waiting for that call, which never happened. I have wasted my day off and money for travel. I feel very disappointed with the disrespect and not receiving any service at all. I have provided a lot of personal details to one of the solicitors. She has never advised me of your compliance to gdpr which is now a legal requirement when collecting personal sensitive data. Very bad experience. Avoid."
