"I contacted your company 2 times in two days to get a quote for conveyancing as I am traveling to another country in less than a week (due to special circumstances) and I am in a rush to find a good solicitor. The secretary who answered the phone put me on hold 3 times for incoming calls and then told me in a rude way, that she will get someone to call me the way that as if she doesn't care for that to happen or not (which did not happen). When I rang back the next day to say I am still waiting for them to call me re-quote; she told me in a very rude and sarcastic way, maybe you should go with another company we can't help you; since I said I need that today after waiting for 2 days for them to give me any answer. It's a standard (pre-made) email for quote anyway. Why should it take 2 days for that to be sent. I don't know, maybe their solicitors are good but a good service starts from the basic. If your secretary does not have the attitude or understanding of customer services then she might have to learn that otherwise it is gonna be very difficult to work with you guys. In a pandemic situation that everybody is under pressure, a bit of kindness and understanding would be nice instead of being mean and sarcastic. Their secretary's attitude is costing them to lose business."
