"What an absolute terrible experience I have had with this place. We have used this company for three other house sales. We live in Australia and to say we have had the runaround is an Understatement .i even had to fly home to hand deliver some documents to the office , for them not to cross check them all.they obviously put them away in the folder not to be opened again until the buyers solicitor contacted me to say they were getting no where with Mc namara. I’ve sent dermot three e mails over the last couple of months to not have even received a letter of apology. My house eventually sold in mid August and it’s now near the end of September and I haven’t received all my money ,no invoice , no statement , what a joke this solicitor is .the secretary is the only one who seems to do a job . I’ve done all the running around for This company , If your selling your house I would advise you to go somwhere else .very disappointed the way we have been treated and ignored . So I’ve had to get the law society involved so maybe I will see some resolution ."
