"I rang 10 days ago to get an appointment, the evening before I was due to attend my appointment, I got a phone call off the receptionist to cancel my appointment that they had double booked me, and that I wouldn't be seen for another 3 weeks as he was going away. Very disappointing as I wouldn't have made an appointment if I didn't need it. Very bad service will not be attending there, or recommending to anyone."
