"Helped me re-mortgage my home (switch banks). My interactions with the office were from 13 of Jan to 2 of Mar 2023 (6 weeks). Out of these 48 days, the solicitor [O.M.] whom I worked with, was only responsive for 2 single days. The first day was when she sent me the quotation and the other day is at the end when she sent me the invoice. For the remaining period of time, I had to send her multiple emails, attempt to call, show up at the office, just to get an update from her. It was a terrible experience and added unnecessary pressure to a simple procedure (moving homes). This will my last business interaction with the office, or at least with this solicitor."
