"Very poor service, poor communication and unprofessional I've asked one of the staff to post the contracts to my address but reluctantly asked me back "Is your email small!", i was very patient and politely answered " No, my email is not small!", i never stated that i could not read the emails!, anyway when i asked again and again to post the documents, the answer was "we emailed it!", then they claimed they posted it TWICE to my address! which I've never received! although i regularly receive all letters, bills and even online orders from UK/China/USA in the normal way. This office is lagging way behind doing decent job, somehow they failed TWICE to decently post their work to my address (although later i paid extra fees for photocopying and postage) however at this point i withdrew my job and moved to another solicitor. Many thanks to that member of staff who expressed concern about my well being but if this one able to focus professionally on her/his own job, certainly will be able to do good job for the clients instead of wasting time thinking and talking! about their "well being!". It was one of those experiences where you waste your time and money in a very poor job, so if you've "SMALL EMAIL" or using device has "SMALL SCREEN!", for sure you will struggle here. I would not recommend"
