"I was at this solicitor the other day to sign a document and I have to say, the receptionist was ok, as I have made an appointment with them, after receptionist requested my documentation, she informed me to have a seat while she informed the solicitor, I gave the documents to the solicitor including my proof of ID, and I asked her to take a look at the documents to fill it in, she glanced through it, while working on her computer, I started filling the application, and boom I made a mistake, which I had initially asked her for her advise, the next thing she told me was she won't sign my document bearing in mind I am paying for this service rendered to me, so when I was talking she interrupted me, and I listened without quarrying her, so when she was talking and I asked a question and her name her name, she immediately got agitated, bearing in mind she had my ID, immediately she asked. me to leave her office, I asked why are you asking me to leave your office as I have traveled mile to get the documentations signed and witness and on what account are you asking me to leave as I felt I have not done nothing wrong, I have never been so humiliated ever in my life, I had done exactly what I was told, and I asked her to guide me through as I am paying for this service, all she needed to do was to witnessed a document for me, no only did she asked me to get her of her office she also humiliated me infant of the receptionist, I have never seen a solicitor abuse her power, I thought solicitors are meant to advocate for citizens and guide them, this woman treated me in an inhumane way simply because I requested her name. bearing in mind this was not my first time to use them, but for some reason she picked up on me. I do not believe any human should be disrespected in this way. I am not sure who is reading this but I advise not to use this solicitor she abused me and humiliated me for only God knows what reason is left to her. I have never been so embarrassed in my life.. I do hope someone from the firm see this and picks it up."

"Four weeks trying to get a call returned. I call everyday and get told someone will call you back. Secretary won’t make an appointment for you to come to the office without speaking to the solicitor which is ridiculous as they won’t return a call !! Don’t waste your time with this company. Plenty of other solicitors in the town that are happy to meet and return a call."
