"We were looked after so well by Haven vets. Our cat, Taffy went in to be neutered and my son, who has ASD was extremely upset beforehand, (we had recently had to have our dog put down, so it was quite understandable) and didn’t want to take her in. I called ahead to ask if they maybe able to give him some reassurance when we got there and they were brilliant. They explained everything to him and kept him updated with messages and pictures of Taffy as they went along. The procedure went well and she is already back to her normal self. Thank you to all the staff that not only looked after Taffy, but also a very frightened 7 year old boy. Would definitely recommend them."
