"In a world of cheap knock-offs, imitations and awful customer experiences - Gallery Office Solutions absolutely decimates my low expectations of buying second hand goods. I NEVER write reviews. I am the WORST type of customer - I am meticulous to the finest detail. I want to ensure without any shed of doubt what I am purchasing is of high quality and I will not settle for less. I purchased two Steelcase Leap v1 chairs, as soon as I got them I began my obsessive routine of inspection. There are no words to describe the level of quality assured by the team at Gallery. I've uploaded the images of every inch of these chairs as they simply scream louder than any words I could type. I urge you to take a look. Yes. These chairs are authentic, down to the very last cinch on the fabric. Yes. I took the back of the seat off to double check this. (I told you, I'm meticulous) Yes. They are stamped and signed by the original crafters. (Year 2000 stamp date, these things are time travellers I'm certain of it, they literally defy our concept of time) Yes. They are of the top most quality (in one image you can see some plucks of fabric to the seat of the chair, that was my cat. I will never forgive him) Yes. They arrived safely, all the way from down in Bicester up to me in Glasgow. Comfort? YES YES YES. Now, enough about the chairs. The service? Impeccable to the point they almost shipped me these chairs for free. Callum is an absolute chad. I briefly mentioned I'd like these chairs in a timely manor and the guy ran with it. He ran so hard I had a call the following day telling me they where loading the chairs onto a truck and they'd be out to me within 2 days. The kicker? I hadn't even paid the invoice yet. He is honest to a fault, quite literally. You don't get people like that these days. I could describe him with the typical buzz words - 'helpful', 'nice', 'friendly' but that simply wouldn't do him justice. He went so far above the beyond he made a mistake that could have lost his business some well earnt money. (Any management reading this, do not, I repeat, do not punish this guy for this. If I could I'd scoop him up in a heartbeat) Fortunately, I too believe in being honest so promptly resolved the situation. So, please, if you want to purchase genuine authentic high quality chairs accompanied by a a service that is second to none - Please. Please buy from Gallery. I can only but hope I have a reason to buy from these guys again but alas, at this standard? With the chair I purchased? It's unlikely I'll ever need to replace this chair. Steelcase are notorious for crafting chairs like tanks, these things are built to last. Combine that with a company that actually cares about the quality of their products and you buy from these guys once. I think knowing that is the worst part of this entire experience.
