"Very poor customer service. I wanted to order some products that were showing as 'out of stock' on the website, so I emailed to ask when these items would be back in stock. I was told that for one of the items, they had not been able to source a supplier, and that the other item was actually in stock, however as the website showed otherwise, I was not able to place the order. I emailed back explaining this and heard nothing for 5 days, after which time I decided to take my custom elsewhere."
