"If I had my way this place wouldn't even have 1 star, my daughter went to Mccolls to buy some sweets with her friends, she found herself desperately needing to go to the toilet, she asked the person behind the counter if she could use the toilet, the women said no, as a result my daughter had an embarrassing accident in front of her friends and other customers in the shop!!"
