"Came for the first time today as was in the area. My daughter wanted to look at the rabbits and fish. We also needed cat food. The cat section is quite large and spread out but easy to find everything you need. Pets to buy are at the front of the store. Vets is at the back. Was surprised to see a dog grooming shop as the Salhouse Road branch doesn't have one. Would prefer the vets to be upstairs (like Salhouse road) as the space was very little and felt crowded when browsing cat food."
"This pets at home is the same as the others. Well lit, well signed, organised. Things are fairly easy to find depending what your looking for. I was getting cat nip for my furry grandson (daughters cat) as he LOVES it. As you can see he is laying in his tube with it all over the place. And for £10 its a big tub. Also got this little skineeze mouse for £3. It has catnip in it, but you can't refill it which was disappointing. But Ziggy loves it so its not a waste. The staff were friendly & we weren't having to wait long to be served. Would I use this shop again?? YES"
