"Sick of waiting either to be served or have my own checkout cleared if i have a Redbull. Bring in self checkouts so what staff they have are always busy filling the shelves so if your self checkout needs to be approved you have to find a member of staff."

I went in at 830am loads of refrigeration goods on cages, couldn't get to anything, visit again at 1pm and they were still there, bloke in a white shirt walking round with a floor scrubber when I couldn't even get round the shop with my pushchair."
