"We’ve been denied transfer / refund of 800€ Deposit. despite 2 months + advance notice of cancellation which was due to a genuine reason. Even though there is so much demand and the seat would still be picked up by parents in waiting list, denying refund is an act of cheating/ taking advantage of already horrible day care availability situation in Ireland"
"This is the most insensitive creche I have ever experienced. They just let children scream their heads off outside while staff members are just on their phones not watching them. They blast extremely loud music on a very large loudspeaker outdoors where their small little eardrums must be getting destroyed since they literarily stand in front of it or even against it! They also couldn't care at all for the residents of the apartment building. Why use a gigantic loud speaker to blast music and use a microphone with a child just screaming? Why? What is the point? Is this fun? What is not fun is that people work night shift as front line healthcare workers and others work from home. They cannot sleep during the day and have to use noise cancelling earphones while working which causes ear issues. Highly insensitive and do not even respond to polite emails asking to mind the people living the apartments. Wish they just could get along..."

Our child failed to settle with anyone other than his parents and it was a worrying time for us to have him attend a creche and we dreaded the settling in period!
