"No wonder Lowestoft high street is in such a bad state. Maybe if you listen to your customers and what there offers are there would be more full premises in the area. Also made up some nonsense about not being able to give a refund saying my details were incorrect. How can they be incorrect if your just reversing the payment? Which you emailed me saying you were reversing it. An then magically the same account details get used to refund me a week later. Your a bunch of jokers, As to your accounts department its just 2 women sitting next to each other in the same office. I could negotiate better sitting on the toilet. Before choosing this company speak to some local people about the rep of this company, not one will say a good word. Hence why the high streets shops are empty."
