"Worst customer service i have ever encountered and massive delays on receiving our order. In the store they told us that our order should be completed in max 8 weeks and its been 12 already.. and on top of everything they have half of our order already in stock but they wont deliver it to us because one of the sofas is delayed and we place everything in one order… and I already paid them one sofa!! .. so basically I paid in advance for a sofa that it is in stock and they wont deliver it to me because they are late on sending me the second sofa. As I say worst customer service ever. I will definitely never ever buy here again specially because I only found after the fact that If I cancel I lose my deposit.
