"Beautiful products, however disappointing to learn that not all products live up to the ethics of upcycled, reclaimed or even locally sourced and eco-conscious. The mirror we ordered online turned out to be manufactured and sent from China, in a huge amount of unsustainable packaging, which was hugely disappointing. Took 2-3 months to arrive - because it was coming from China, which we were not told - communication with RR throughout said they were waiting for it to arrive in their warehouse before they delivered it to us which was a lie as it came straight from China. We have also since found the same product for sale on multiple other websites for cheaper. Beware."

"Terrible company. Ordered a nest of tables. When arrived it was clear the item had a design flaw. Retailer agreed to collect the item and provide a full refund. Their carrier damaged the item in transit back to them, and instead of taking this up with the carrier they tried to blame us, so would only give a partial refund. Don't go near these scammers"
