"I am currently undergoing a major renovation project in Shrewsbury. Having previously used Jewson, i thought i would return. I tried to make contact with the young lad at the counter and was basically ignored for nearly 10 minutes. It was infuriating. The business was saved by his college (very tall man) and he was doing his upmost to answer the phone and serve multiple customers at the counter. Whilst the other chap ignored everyone and continued to play on his phone. Luckily the taller chap provided relevant information and pricing and also introduced me to Steve their Kitchen designer. Who was also pleasant and helpful. Please note. This one star review is based on one very bad apple. If it wasn't for the hard work of the other staff, i would of walked back out of the door and never returned."
