"UC Fit is the first gym that I have never dreaded going to and I have never thought about just “getting it over with”. The opposite actually! UC Fit and John’s focus on the social and psychological benefits of exercising is why I keep coming back. This is reflected in the very welcoming and extremely friendly group of members. Personally, John has helped me to achieve some significant physical health improvements. There is never any pressure to perform but lots of conversation and healthy encouragement to push yourself and learn new skills every class. No two classes are the same! The introduction class is a great way to become more familiar with boxing and feel more comfortable before joining the group class. John’s “OCD” for a clean gym with top class equipment is commendable. I can’t recommend UC Fit enough."

UC Fit was recommended to me by a friend who absolutely loves the classes and told me to give it a shot! Very easy to follow and John will help you along each step of the way, showing you what to do, how to do it correctly and allowing you to work within your abilities while encouraging you to push yourself further! The classes are small and all of the equipment is new and of high quality. The gym is clean and there’s always music to keep you motivated! Would highly recommend!"
