"I've payed for a item on click and collect and after I payed I was informed that I would be informed at the end of March when the item is in, I needed that item today so I phoned my local store and they have one on the shelf but wouldn't let me have it in place of my order has the money has to go through there till and click and collect if a different part of the company I've never been so shocked at a poor service when I order click and collect from any other tool store it could be a day at the latest to pick the item up and if they've got it there i can have it that day, I will never use these again and all so inform friends,family and other businesses not to use them total rubbish"

"Katie in the Hanley store is an absolute star. She kept me fully informed about my order with regular phone calls, and when it finally arrived was extremely efficient and very friendly. If there was an award for employee of the month, she should definitely get it. Highly recommended."
"If I could leave a 0 I would, totally useless, sold the wrong item and refused a refund. Employee was unhelpful and rude, no customer should be treated this way. Do not deal with this company at any cost, if you buy something (strongly advise you don't) make sure you want it as it and it is the correct item or you will not be refunded or store credited. I have been missold an item only to be stuck with it. Never going back there should have read the other reviews of 1 stars."
"I returned a product the same day which was faulty. Oh and yes it was 100% faulty. They says it’s there company policy and they can not give you your money back. A faulty item has to be returned to the manufacturer which can take weeks. If a product is faulty simply offer a refund, credit or an exchange. I understand some customers may open the box and damage a product or use it then want there money back BUT... Lets not be black and white about it, find the grey area and help the customer. Luckily the consumer protection law was on my side. However it was a nightmare to sort out. This company is not good for returns."
