Reviews
"Grand facilities, however very dated throughout. Swimming pool needs major refurbishment. Sauna zone has got a new jacuzzi recently, however sauna itself is very cold at only 60 degrees. Gym zone is ok generally with plenty of classes and equipment. Parking can be difficult at peak hours."
"Avoid at all costs. Absolutely shocking service if you need to amend your membership due to I'll health. I'd recommend canceling ddebit with the bank as they will continue to charge you full price while the membership is frozen."
"Many of facilities often out of order. At moment, no hot water fir showers. Steam room, ice room all out of order. Jacuzzi was out of order for over a year. Poor level of cleanliness and decor overall. For what they charge it’s not worth it."
"Rude ignorant idiots. Staffs behave like high school disco. Intimated to customer. How many idiots do u need each evening what is purpose. Chimpanzee could stand at desk and be more friendly. Would be more enjoyable to customer to have zero staffs. And loud mouth girl from classes Ali how does she fit such big ego through gym door. Mocking other lady customers. Terrible places. Do not Join. Westmantown staffs are very friendly"
"Terrible Customer Service ! One of the most famous gyms in Dublin so I took membership here but it has been a huge disappointment. I don’t really like to write negative reviews based on a once off but I have consistently been let down by the treatment here. Firstly the gym itself -The place is really old and sure it big but still has a weird placement of instruments. The dumbbells and barbells are old, and most of the equipment is also worn out and rusty. The swimming pool is decent size but just does not feel that fresh. For the price you pay i dont think its worth it. You do have access to almost every piece of equipment you could want so that’s a good thing. In my experience I was at the happy hours package but each time I went to pool it was filled with kids, and so one day I went after my hours so I could use the pool but was told I could not. Secondly I have a back injury with a lengthy layover so I called and asked them to freeze my account for 2 months or until my physio gives me the green to work out. He confirmed to me he will do it, but I still got charged for two months. After mentioning to the staff they were not at all helpful, how is it my fault that I got charged ? Anyway I will cancel this there are so many better options out there."
