Mrs Williams was able to turn things around and make him lose his confidence and bring him down to a level where he didn't have much option but to agree to settle the matter soon. We did have an unexpected delay and Mrs Oni-Williams was able to very quickly provide a solution on the same day and keep things moving in the right direction and speed thing's up.
