"My one star review reflects the lack of support, advice or guidance I received from my tutor. I submitted drafts for my 2 assignments in the required time. There was no communication that my first draft was received and no feedback at all on that draft. My second draft was acknowledged with a couple of lines saying the draft was well written and all information was included. No critical analysis. When I pointed this out to my tutor she informed me that 'Drafts are not in place to advise students on how they may achieve a distinction' The open college claims to 'strive for complete student support and quality teaching' unfortunately this was not my experience, hence the one star review."
