"What a horrible service. I contacted the company to schedule a quote on my garden. They were keen to schedule it at first. But literally the day before the appointment, they message saying they aren’t available anymore and now charging 50£ for a quote which wasn’t advertised before. As a business owner myself, I don’t understand how someone can change things like that the day before. What a shame."
"Shady company. I would stay well away. I asked to speak to Mark and someone called Steve refused to put me through. It seemed like he was protecting Mark from previous unhappy client calls. He then claimed that any builder who was available in the next year and a half to complete works were not worth their salt. When I asked Steve he could recommend anyone else, Steve said he needed to ask Mark. I then asked him why he didn't just put me through to Mark so I could ask him myself and he refused."
