"I started going to one of these in January 2019 for what could only be described as the year from hell. She tried to get rid of me from the start saying I should go somewhere else. She very reluctantly took me on. She used to keep me waiting for ages at the start, always late. She used to tell me to contact her only to ignore my messages. Then the excuses started coming that she was out sick. In total she was out sick four times in one year and sometimes for months at a time. The last time I heard from her was in April 2020. People were going to be contacted by phone during the pandemic she said. "We will link again soon" ; she said and I never heard from her since."
