"My fiancé and I have been training with ISI for a couple of weeks now. Although I was coerced into training and never enjoyed exercising before, I have found this gym to be fun, tough but very motivational. I actually look forward to working out! Even though I still complain every time I go, I enjoy it once I'm there. Mostly its down to the trainer Andrea Moloney, who is excellent at motivating and coordinating the session so its efficient with my time and yet produces the best results. A comprehensive centre for exercise, nutrition and lifestyle education to ensure you are doing all the right things to achieve the results you want. Would highly recommend.
