"Very bad experiencei had an engineer come out on a emergency and the attitude was appalling my boiler still not fixed keeps flashing reset every Hour and the boiler sounds like a kettle boiling away and that's when I ring up speak to lady at around 21hrs last night and her attitude was just keep pressing the reset button that way it don't become a emergency as I have hot water and heating that cuts out after 1hour because the boiler knows there is a fault and the lady wouldn't call an engineer out always remember the people on the phone aren't gas engineer and they should listen to the people as we are telling them there's a fault somewhere they should bring back Colin laver a much better service"
