"I've been wanting to buy this camera for my son. As soon as it arrived, he asked me to visit the nearest zoo as soon as possible. I feel like I am going to have a wildlife photographer son in the future. Can't wait for him to grow up!"

"DO NOT order from this company! The customer service is beyond horrible. I placed an order on Dec. 10th and still have not received the package one month later. Their website claims to have items dispatched within 1-2 business days and then delivered to Europe within 4-10 days. When I call the phone number listed, it goes straight to voicemail and no one returns phone calls (although the website claims that someone will call you back.) The only communication that I have received is that my package has been shipped and there is nothing they can do about it. I am now not interested in these items since they were supposed to be Christmas presents, but they will not refund my money. Once I receive the package (if I ever do), I have to pay to return the package. They don't even cover the cost of the return! I am horrified at the lack of customer service and will NEVER EVER order something from this company again."

"I would like to give this business no stars and do NOT recommend them! They were totally dishonest about their time frame for processing my order and shipping it. I contacted them 5 days after placing an order for one item and it was still not sent. At 9 days after placing the order, it was listed as still not picked up and I asked for a full refund. At 11 days after placing the order, they told me it was sent and now 19 days later it is still NOT trackable. And when contacting customer service they take at least a day to respond, they are not honest about the status of the item, and have refused 4 times to cancel the order and refund my money. I have no idea what the quality of the item will be, IF IT EVER ARRIVES. Don’t use this business if you want honest, reputable service."

"A total waste of money! I purchased this item for my grandchild’s first Christmas. It was completely misrepresented on their website. The alphabet is out of order, Chinese symbols rather than all in English, the number 3 on its side. Cheap decals instead of paint that are already peeling In addition it arrived with cracked wood. Customer service refuses to refund. I paid $69 plus shipping 3 weeks ago and now it’s $89 during Santa Days! They are rip-off artists! Save yourself the heartache and purchase elsewhere."
