"Made an appointment which was confirmed and nobody turned up. Dan didn't respond to messages asking what happened to the appointment. I chose this firm due to good reviews, not my experience unfortunately. Disappointing as I waited 3 days for the appointment when I could have booked a different plumber and the problem be fixed already. EDIT: Finally received this joke of a response from Dan after 6pm on the day of the appointment. Unprofessional response and service. "OMG.
