"If you don’t know of Hyde & Seek yet, please take the time to Google them and see the new stories and investigations against them. As a parent who had a child in a Hyde & Seek branch, I can only hope that anyone reading this and considering it for their child or for an prospective employee, that you do not send your children here or work for the owners. My experience with the staff was great, they were key to the kids happiness, but the owners, because of them and meant it was a terrible environment to be in. Don’t even think of trying to get any response from them as they don’t seem to know how to use a phone or emails correctly. Hearing first hand from ex-staff who weren’t allowed to order fruit for the kids or having to portion 6 chicken breasts for 36 kids is shocking and from what we know, only the tip of the iceberg. They are the reason for increased rates in all other creches in Ireland and you should not trust your child with any company who is run by the family running this chain of creches."
