Reviews of Wicksteed Park
"Excellent Christmas show, first rate entertainment. Great two course Christmas lunch, friendly service, good value for money. We have missed a few years due to COVID but hope to return again soon."
"I have fond memories of coming here as a kid and in some ways it's unchanged! Pros: good value for children at £20 for unlimited rides, it wasn't too busy, adults don't have to pay if they don't want to ride, plenty to do, facilities were clean. Cons: not many really! Not much for smaller toddlers and may be a bit boring for older teens. Best age range is probably 4 to 12. Would recommend."
"This place is amazing. I took my 13year old daughter and we had a great time. There is loads to do. There is a small area with rides that includes a roller coaster, log flume, spinning swings etc etc. There is a mini train that takes you on a tour of the grounds. Lots of cafes that are reasonably priced. Lots of areas for little tots with little rides, they also do little shows for little ones. Wicksteed also has a huge adventure playground for kids of all ages to enjoy. A truly great place!!!"
"Great place just like the old days with endless fun for the kids. Prices kept reasonable and mostly small and quick moving queues. The toilets around the park were poorly cleaned with no soap in some and very dilapidated."
"A great place for a day out with children. The staffs are quite friendly, and my son had a good time there. I recommend to buy a wristband if you plan more than 8 rides. The parking is not free, 6 pounds per day."
