"Went for a tidy up and small restyle, wish I had of cancelled! Shown a picture for reference and got something completely different. When messaging the salon for some sort of apology or compensation they have blocked me on facebook and refuse to address the situation. I literally told them at the till if was horrible and not what I wanted and nothing done about it. Other staff were talking about clients and their wonky hair cuts they had elsewhere yet they'll left mine a complete mess I've done nothing but cry about what they've done. So will be a visit in store to see what they have to say as they can't face negative reviews on fb. STILL AWAITING AN APOLOGY/REFUND AND SOME KIND OF COMPENSATION THEY REFUSE TO ANSWER CALLS AND MESSAGES AVOID!!"

"I came to this salon after not being to a salon for a long time. Kim was super friendly and we had a great chat while she did my hair. The salon has a nice community vibe with people popping over to chat. I only had a cut but Kim still taught me how to blow dry my hair. Absolutely loved how my cur turned out. Kim made sure to explain what we were doing and why and listened to all my concerns. I had a fringe cut in for the first time in a long time and she was able to read my body language and offer to cut it shorter without me needing to ask. Perfect cuppa as well! Super impressed. Will be coming back. Thanks everyone"
