"Downstairs for women, really loves stuff, upstairs for kids and mens, can usually find at least one thing i want here, staff are helpful, the only thing i dont like is when your queuing downstairs the ceiling lights are like stage lights aimed in your face so use upstairs if you can."

"The changing room closes as soon as you get à bundle of clothes you like. Last time it was at 5pm....half an hour before closing, hmm, ok...Today it was at 4.10! Not enough staff, I was told by 2 members of staff standing together, faffing! I don't live nearby so need to try things on!"

"The store is always so clean and tidy and everything nicely displayed with a relaxing atmosphere to browse. The staff at the till points are always friendly. The clothes are excellent value for money and there is a great range to choose from. Wearable, comfy and practical clothes to suit many tastes, but also some unique designs if you would like something on trend."

"One of our family members who is a 10 year old boy accidentally spilt his water from his bottle on the floor. I went over and told the sales assistant Who was an oldish lady with brown hair and maybe glasses that he had split a bit of water. She went off and came back with some paper towels and said “I thought you said it was a bit” I told her it was an accident and these things happen sometimes especially when involving a child! What can you do?! I could smell her attitude a mile off as it STUNK. Seriously, If you hate your job then leave. You have no right being so rude to customers. We weren’t impressed but couldn’t find a manager to tell them about her bad attitude"

"AWFUL! Do not shop!!!! So I went into HNM in Eastbourne yesterday to search for a dress for an outing Saturday. Firstly! The sizes!!! What is going on!! I’m usually a size 10, I was trying on size 16-18 (if I could even find them that is. I searched the entire shop and found one item of clothing this size. They stocked 4,5,8,10... that was it!!!) anyway... the sizes made me feel like utter rubbish about my self. I then went into river island tried on a size 10 dress and it fitted amazingly!! Total dissatisfaction and quite disgusted your sending out a message to young women that this is the dress size they should really be... never shopping here again. Just on a side note. Your lady who was working on the dressing room was very rude, you seriously need to get a grip and smile. I wouldn’t of even bothered opening your store. If there was a 0 star ranting then I would choose that."
