"A hero to zero campsite... Beautiful! Spacious! Clean! Best showers I've used on a site and I've been to hundreds of campsites now. Great place for kids and families! Perfect location in the Gower with loads of nearby beaches and attractions right on your doorstep! Good quality pitches and you can pitch where you like using as much space as you like within reason Now the bad side!... When this place gets busy it is heaving. There aren't enough amenities here for all the campers. There's security here but that doesn't stop music full of swearing and weed smoking. The water tanks ran dry half way through our stay and although there was a trickle of water we couldn't shower for 2 days. We managed to get enough drinking water but some families couldn't at times although the tanks were constantly filling back up. They have automatic stop taps everywhere (push button) which wasted so much water too! It was amazing otherwise but no showers was a huge deal for us as we had elderly and children in our party."
"Lovely site, good location. The site had security walking around which was nice to see. They also had people going around with litter pickers on the fields keeping the pitches clear. The toilets and showers weren't the cleanest with black mould growing in some places. They were being cleaned as I saw the cleaners, however, they didn't remove all of the dirt."
"If you are looking for the simple life, this site is perfect. It came with excellent pitches, glorious views of the sea, clean toiletting/showering facilities and a great park for the younger visitors. It was a 15 minute walk to the most beautiful beach with some activity hire and a shop but it was a steep walk back!"
"Lovely quiet site with loads of room (probably busier in full season) - sadly no touring caravans permitted but VW vans and smaller m/homes are fine. Given 4 stars only because the bathroom facilities were not the cleanest I have seen, although not the worst either."
"The campsite is in a lovely location; it's so easy to get to Oxwich Bay and the coastal path to explore other beaches. The toilets and showers were not very clean most days, and many of the cubicles did not have locks on. Although this might just apply to the ladies, as my boyfriend had no issues! Additionally, there was no obvious recycling points, which is really disappointing. Overall, a nice campsite though."
