"I just came back from Wales where i bought a smok pro color i got given a smok majesty box with a spare coil that didnt fit also i didnt get the chimney extension for the replacement coils i boight from a vape shop in wales i rang up earls barton vape shop today and he said cone down ill lend you a chimney extension so you can vape i went down there and the gentleman opened a new tfv8 tank box and offered to lend me the chimney extension so i could use the replacement coils an most of all be able to vape i couldnt belive i was being offered this more than kind gesture i really appreciated it and know for a fact no1 else would do this .... the guy is an absolute star and deserves a medal for customer service an this was my first visit to the shop also..... im more than happy keep up the good work an customer service im sorry i didnt catch your name but your a proper diamond geezer!!!
